Experimental Dive

I decided to dive Coogee because no one ever does and the swell was too big to do Shark Point. I was rewarded by a new slug find near the end of the dive. It is a mimic of the bulbous plants around it. It hid its head after I was flushing past it back and forth 2m in the swell. It was so frustrating I yelled in my regulator.

A lot of kelp space between bommies, but there was some great life out there that I hadn't seen elsewhere.

These guys are surrounding their fall clutch.

This guy was great at hiding, and made some explosive bursts back into the sand when disturbed.

Rainbow fish and rainbow coogee.
