Kava in Indiana

It's nice to be home. I've been running into people I know about 3 per day. I've been talking 'merican. I've been eating deep-dish pizza.
An inquisitive head tilt from the mighty damsel fly.

Indiana's most poisonous spider! The dreaded daddy long legs.
La pistola y el rincon. Abajo por el rio.
We're at Cedar Bluffs. I've been coming here since I was 4 or 5. Maybe I can find some pictures of me on the cliffs.

Can you see the spider on the primrose?

Lush

Next time on This Old House... just look at this cancer lump! Boom and bust in the USA. It's springtime.
It sure was nice to run around in the wet weeds. I felt back again.

This oil rig had a cotton belt running around a wooden gear! Karin tells me PA is where the first US oil field was discovered. This is still operational.

Kava in Pittsburgh

Despite its pretty understated name, Pittsburgh is a really dynamic city. I'm here doing a bridge expo (IBC 2010) and training people. Then home to Bloomington.
Here's our expo booth.
